Oil from exhaust...is this bad?

I was just wondering if I should be concerned about this. Today I noticed when I started my car that some oil was coming out the exhaust. I never noticed it before....and I checked the oil level and pressure...everything is fine there.

Here is the situation on the car:
Car has a rebuilt engine with about 10k miles on it. I change the oil on it every 2,500 miles.

No cats and I have a downpipe.
I have my boost controller set to boost low...so I am not pushing it. (less than 12 psi).

The car idles perect at 750 and almost never goes below that.

I have treated the car really good lately as I am afraid to really get on it until I get my Haltech installed.

Any idea's?

Are you sure it's oil?

Condensation is a normal thing, as is carbon. If you wipe your finger on the inside of the (cold) tailpipe, and get a mix of carbon dust and water, I supose that it could seem like oil. If it is indeed oil, then is is a concern.

I can't give you much advice about the turbo (as I don't have one) but that's where I would start looking. Anyway, free bump.

Well I drove the car around to find out that it only does this when I first start my car. I do believe it is Condensation

you only have to worry about the turbo if you boost, then come back down to idle and smoke comes out the exhaust (after the car is warmed up)
if that were you case, you'd have a blown turbine
i dont think you have anything to worry about
