MA Odd issue 1990 vert

So having some crazy electrical issues cant seem to figure out. I have a 1990 convert. RX-7 (obviously) my issues are as follows:

1.) Check engine light is on at Idle Shuts off when gas is given....turns on if pedal is not pressed doesn't matter what the RPMs are

2.) the heater works sometimes. it turns on but hear weird click noise and it shuts down think a short some where just cant seem to trace it.

3.) No High beams think it is just a switch issue turns signals don't shut off unless you press other direction, can't seem to find the part though and dealer says out of stock and not sure if they can even get one.

4.) seems to backfire once in a while and bucks like crazy at low speeds like under 40 mph ( she just doesn't like to go slow, and neither do I)

the radio is crap to CD doesn't work but cassette deck is fine also some dink snapped my antenna and side mirror so trying to find replacements

5.) my wipers only work in one position It has been rebuilt 2 times now but seems to keep shorting the relay or I just have real bad luck with rebuilds.

Thanks for any tips you have been driving me nut since I cant get inspection sticker till all issues are fixed, also dealer crush reverse switch while working on clutch and need to fix that as well.....Lots of work needs to be done

1) Check the Engine code.
2) Is it the blower fan that's turning off, or it just stops blowing hot?
3) Get familiar with wiring diagrams and multimeters. It's not hard. Then place a "want to buy" ad in the 2nd generation parts forum.
4) It's probably something to do with #1. Possibly a bad TPS or AFM?
4.5)replace the radio with an aftermarket unit. Trying to repair the factory radio is an absolute nightmare, and good luck finding a company that will do it that won't charge a month's pay to do it.
5) Usually it's a 6-pin relay, but if it's been rebuilt improperly (i.e. pulled the copper lugs out of the PCB) then you may need to place another wanted ad.

1. Check TPS adjustment or functionality when the engine is hot. Might need replacing, and going used is a real crap shoot as may measure right with an ohm meter but the plunger springs may still bind up due to engine heat.

2. I'd guess the circuit breaker in the kick panel fuse box.

3. You most likely need to replace the 89-92 Horn CPU w/airbag Circuit Board in the ECU. Very common for 1990's....ask me how I know. And if you surf the forum you'll find lots of threads with the same complaint on 1990 and 91 verts.

I can send you a new one for $80 shipped. Mazdatrix is $85 + tax + shipping.

4. Also guessing TPS issue. As to the second part of your question, EBay is your friend. Especially for new replacement antenna masts.

5. Who did your rebuild? Sounds like whoever did your work messed up on the soldering and/or damaged the circuit board in the process. I had forum member "Pele" do some work for me, and not a problem. Another forum member offers this repair service via here http://www.13betc.com/

I second the TPS or anti-after burn valve for the check engine light flashing with throttle input.

Your wiper switch is the problem for only one speed working. Are your referring to the switch or motor being rebuilt already?

If your reverse switch was crushed wouldn't that affect the neutral switch too? If I'm not mistaken that will change how the engine runs if it thinks its in neutral while driving.
