Odd idle question

Hi All,

This morning when I started my car (88 vert w/ TII engine swap), the car died as soon as I took my foot off the gas. Restarted it, ran the tach up to 3000, backed down to 1000 for a minute and took my foot off the gas -- stalled again. Once the car warmed up to operating temp, the car would stay running, but the idle would drop all the way down to nothing, then catch, then drop again.

The former owner removed the BAC, so that's not the issue. The car ran fine for the first two weeks I had it, other than a low/bumpy idle with the AC on. Any ideas?

The BAC helps it idle when it's cold...

vac leak, TPS, BAC, cold start cam, thermowax

check in that order. i guess you can't check the bac anymore because it's not there, i'd get one and put it on personally.

low idle while a/c is on is because you don't have a BAC to compensate anymore.
