Odd clutch/transmission problems (and more!)

Alright, finally got to start driving my seven and have been experiencing a few things that I want to run by you guys.
  • My clutch (or is it?) doesn't fully engage. i.e. - I push it in, and shifting into any gear takes a LOT of pressure, and it still grinds going into many of the gears and into reverse unless I'm VERY careful with it, but it's still VERY hard to get in.
  • I have a cold start problem, but I think that's been assessed here as a faulty vaccuum seal, but if you guys want to drop a little more info on me about what it is, then let me know?
  • While driving (started with the clutch thing), my car will randomly start to beep, no lights are on, my oil is fine (though the little oil pressure gauge only works when there's pressure on the accelerator), i have a full tank of gas, the engine is cool to moderate, and all fluids I can see in the engine compartment are just fine!
  • My gas gauge doesn't work after it gets 3/4ths of the way low
  • My odometer has ceased functioning? Gas mileage is a bitch to guesstimate, hehe...
I think that's it, and if you guys can, give me an idea on what I should fix first, like what's the biggest priority on that list (i imagine it's the clutch/tranny, whatever that horrible grind is). I'm trying to spend as little money on this rotary as I can, it's only tiding me over till I get enough money saved to drop a loan onto a third gen, then I'll be turning this one into a SCCA racer.

about your clutch problem, it could be your throw out bearing or your pilot bearing, hit me up, i live in the san fernando valley.

beeping is mostly likey power steering...check fluid level, etc.

or just pull the ****....

you mean the clutch doesnt fully DISengage right? when the clutch pedal is out...the clutch is engaged...in its disengaged...about it being your t-bearing...it could be...fault pressure plate....air in line....i doubt pilot bearing though...they just make noise when the go....wouldnt affect clutch operation..
