just to let everyone know. theres a mazda cruise on october 13 (sunday). starts at maunaloa bay(sp?) in hawaii kai at noon. im sure there are going to be a lot of cameras there covering the event so be sure to get your cars nice and shiney

i heard about the hawaii kai cruise, i live around there so I might stop by although i dont know where Maunalua Bay. the cruise instructions are as followed...

Sup everybody, just to let the mazda owners on here know there will be a mazda cruise this sunday at 12:00pm. Meeting place is Maunalua Bay in Hawaii Kai. We will roll out at around 12:30 and head past Sandy's then thru Waimanalo, thru Kaneohe, and down the H3 and ending up who knows where.

i believe that maunalua bay is at the begining of hawaii kai. the big parking lot where all the boats and jet skiers go. maybe we should all meet up ahead of time and all roll in to the bay together??? just a thought

I'll just meet you guys at the Maunalua Bay in Hawaii Kai. I can't make it up the dole ramp with my car, at least I'm not gonna try, I know about like 4-5 inches off the ground in the front but i have scraped pretty badly on lower ramps then that.

 

Crap, this is going to hurt.&nbsp Anybody be mad if I just cancelled the whole thing? I just found out the F1 Suzuka race is on at 8pm...give it 3 hours for the whole race, which means it won't be over till 11pm.

ANYWAYS, I guess I can always tape it for later viewing...

10-12-2002, this Saturday!

Meet at 8pm at the Tesoro(?) at the corner of Ward and Auahi.&nbsp This is the one in the same parking lot as Sports Authority and that 99 cents store.&nbsp There's lots of light, and I don't expect a whole lot of people to show.

Back-up area would be Kewalo Basin, right across from Ward Warehouse, Diamond Head end.&nbsp This would be the closest to the Ward theaters when we leave.&nbsp I don't usually see cops or security patrolling in that area, and there's a lot of light there.&nbsp We might get kicked out here if we have a lot of cars show.

We'll try and shoot for the last (10-ish) showing of The Transporter.&nbsp We have the option to either going to Dole or Ward theaters - you guys realize that Ward charges $8/general admission, right?&nbsp Anywhere else is 50-cents cheaper.&nbsp At least Ward allows free refills on fountain drinks.
