Here are some values that I took from another site, I cannot vouch for the accuracy of this info but it looks about right

Voltage Range
< 0.375 volts too lean
0.379 - 0.472 volts 14.7:1
0.473 - 0.567 volts 14.0:1
0.568 - 0.661 volts 13.5:1
0.662 - 0.756 volts 13.0:1
0.757 - 0.850 volts 12.5:1
>0.850 volts < 12.5:1 getting too rich

remember that the O2 sensor in a rex is only a single wire and is therefore more affected by exhaust gas temperature than the 4 wire versions,
