O2 Sensor Error Code

I get this error code when I run the car. But the Sensor is brand new so I doubt its bad. Is this something that is common to see or is it just my car?

Did you get the right 02 sensor?
Also, it would be good to measure the resistance from under the hood all the way to the ECU. You might have a short somewhere or corrosion at the ECU.....

Yeah, I had this problem too, I reseated the O2 connector, and it went away.
