o2 sensor connector
The one thing want to be careful about is that some (not sure on an Rx-7) oxygen sensors and Mass air flow sensors use resistance to meter what they tell the ECU. If you spade I would not add any more length to the wire or you will change the resistance. Other than that I do not see a prob.

I don't know if I fully understand your question. However, I previously had a broken O2 sensor wire, and just used a spade to hook it back together. Found out there is actually an inner wire and outer ground in the same wire. Using the spade just gounded it out and prevented closed loop.

Well a while ago the wire to my O2 sensor brokwhen removign the stock manifold, so I got a new sensor, and used regualr wire to reconect it.
I ahven connected the sensor back into the car (no place for it). But I have heard somewerhe that you cant used regular wire for the O2 sensor cus the sensor wires gets VERy hot.
Is this true? Any info on this??
If so what kind of wire should I use to conect the 2 broken pieces?
BTW when I say it broke, I mean about almsot 2 feet of it. it took me a
while to find where the wire came from, then one time when doing somethign
completely different, I saw a wire under the intake manifold, and sure it
enough that was it, so I had to fish it out.
