o.s. giken twin plate install help

hey guys
i just tried to do a auto to manual swap in my 87 and im trying to put the os. giken twin plate clutch in. the problem is though that when i go to put the tranny in the spline goes about half way in then just stops the clutch plates are all aligned with the alignment tool i just dont get it. the only thing i think might be holding it up is the sleave that the throw out bearing rides on does anyone know if i have to do any custom work or anything i didnt get any instructions with the clutch so i am at a loss any help would be great thanks
jeff

Yoy might have to do this with 2 people and do a lot of wigglying and knudging. I finally managaed to get a bolt in place and the kept using my rubber mallet trying not to break anything

I was using my ebay exedy clutch kit with a aluminum mazdatrix flywheel.

remember lightly nudge it, don't take it out with a hammer.

What kinda of alignment tool did you use?
You need to use the one with the splines.

I Know What You Are Talking About. I Put Mine On The Motor And It Was Pretty Weird Having To Put Plate After Plate. I Honestly Dont Know How Im Going To Put It In The Tranny. Did You Use A Throwout Bearing?
