The dealer doesn't sell them; I'm not surprised you're not suppose to take the calipers apart, but that doesn't matter because mine are apart. Anyhow I replaced them a normal O ring from a kit of mine and they leak, the old ones leak etc. What to do what to do? Not sure on the torque specs for the 4 bolts that keep the calipers together either, maybe thats why they leak? Don't want to break anything, but the specs aren't listed in the fsm.

I had the same problem. I decided to buy rebuilt ones from Advance auto. They work better than new ones and they were only $56 bucks a side. I would recomend getting rebuilt ones.

When I took my front calipers apart... I was missing one of the o-rings Didnt seem to be leaking, but I wouldnt advise it. I bought a o-ring "kit" from my local parts store, had like 100 of them in it of varying sizes, and there happened to be one that worked. Says they withstand petrolium and other abrasive chemicals, so hopefully it will stand up to brake fluid. Take the old o-ring to a parts store, they should be able to find you something.
