NPR Intercooler bar and plate???

Ok this is labeled as an npr IC but as fare as I know the npr’s are not bar and plate and this looks like it is bar and plate. I am just a little skeptical because I can get this for 200 shipped and well the old style NPR that has the tube design is ~250$ on eBay so how can this be cheaper. The dimensions are about 30-32in long 2 in thick and about as tall as the stock radiator in a t2. And the inlets and outlets are 2.5 and 2.8in. Anyway this looks like a steel for 200 shipped if it really is an npr and bar and plate. If you guys could give me any more info that would be great.

Thanks

Doesn't look like any of the NPR ICs I have seen.

Yes, the NPRs are tube and fin and have "turbulators" inside the tubes to help transfer heat.
