the cheap *** way to do it is to use that flexible boat exhaust..
I cut holes beside the radiator and ran my pipes through them then sealed it up with weather strip... I have a custom made IC, but, the principle is the same..

Getting one of the greddy type T-Body adapters from Higgi will help a lot as well as you won't have to make a giant "u" at the back of the motor (assuming that you are using a TII manifold)

easy way? (as shown in pic) end tanks face down
piping runs under car and up into engine bay
This way you don't have to cut sheetmetal on the body
If its the small NPR
put it in a slanted position

put it where the latch opening is
have to remove water tank
