Now what?
Ok guys so my buddy has a 1988 Vert. We can't get fuel unless we jump the green plug near the maf. What do we need to replace? I've never had this problem with either of my fcs and my fb definitely never has this issue.

The afm flapper needs to be Moved in order to make the pump work.
The pump won't work with key on,until the afm sees air and moves the flapper.
It will work in start position.Once the car starts then the flapper moves due to air and it will keep the pump running at normal key ON position.

If you want to check if the pump is operating, jumper the yellow connector at pass. shock tower and key to "on".
This is used to check fuel pressure, leaking injectors, anytime you want fuel pressure.

Yea the yellow jumper is what we used. We aren't getting power otherwise. I by passed the relay under the dash with a 30 amp 4 prong relay hooked into the ignition swith with a 30 amp inline fuse and a fuel cut switch. It worked
