now car wont start

ok the day before yesterday i went to go to work but the clutch went straight to the floor and i couldnt crank the car in any gear but neutral and def couldnt go into any gear. long story short it turns out to be leaking clutch fluid, i fill it up and pump the clutch and fires right up in any gear and runs fine and shifts fine, i didnt take it anywhere but that night 10 hours later i go to take it for a spin and guess what it wont crank at all now, has a very weird crank sound its constant like keeeeeeeeee not kekekekekekek, i tried the 3 step unflooding procedure with no luck, still makes the same noise, the motor is fine, runs strong as a bitch... could it be the starter now? how do i test that? any suggestions would be great... thanks in advance

When the starter gear noise is nearly constant, with no compression surges, you have flooded.

You need to get some oil in the chambers to make compression to start.
If it's not too bad, cranking with the EGI fuse out & the throttle floored may do it.
Also the battery will need a fresh charge or a jump.
Crank for 10 seconds, then let the starter cool a minute.
when the rrrrrrrrrrrrrr becomes rrRrrRrrRrrRrrRrr, you're ready to put the fuse back in & try it.

flooding

dude. My car flooded the day I bought it and i ended up sitting around at the former owners house playing N4SU for an hour because we were to lazy to wrench on it. That night i put in a fule pump kill switch and have never had a preoblem since. Although, it could have been the unplugged spark plug causing the flooding in mine.
