I managed to get my car running well and passed emmissions. But now i do have one "small" problem, once coolant get to the overflow bottle it wont return to the system? I've done a search on it and lots of stuff came up just not what i was looking to find out. Anyone had the problem before, and what caused and fixed it? Thanks guys. Its nice to finally have my rx running.

 

if you look closey at the cap. you'll notice the lines only go one way... if you removed the hoses and happened to rotate the cap. it can't draw fluid back into the rad.

 

Yeah, mine does that too. Couldn't it also be burning coolent?
