Not gettin any fuel into the secondary fuel rail...
well im not gettin any fuel to the secondary fuel rail.. it appear like something inside the fuel rail is block or somethin... is there any solution to this...

Fuel lines connected backwards?
The regulator should be connected to the return line, the pulsation damper to the feed line.
