Thats splendid! But lets try to confine this discussion to what is realstic and what isnt, shall we?
The average joe cant afford to put a 20b in thier car. And I believe we are discussing the average joe. The 13B vs the 13BT. And if your talking bounce to the ounce, the turbo car has it, the N/A doesnt.
Anyways, this is getting blown WAYYYYYY outta proportion.

The FB also weighs a *HELL* of a lot more than an FC, and the 20B sure the hell puts out more power than the 13B found in N/A FC's. They call this the second gen section for a reason.

Wouldn't it just be as simple as finding out what the TPS puts out, program your control module and go?
Excuse me for the noob questions but I'm trying to decide if I want to buy a 2nd gen non-turbo for $700 and all my knowledge is piston/cylinder based. I have only a few days to learn what I can before I loose my chance on this deal.

i own both an na and a tii... the tii is definately more powerful, but my na is lighter and has. I learned to drive 7's in a TII and would not reccommend this... Get yourself an NA. I have one thats going to be for sale here soon, 86 GXL 170,000 NO SMOKE = good things, you can compression check if you like. Asking 1,800.... should be up for sale in a couple days, if your interested.
