Hey guys i am new to the Rotary world. I have always wanted one just never really took the time to look around for them. I bought a 1987 Rx7 Gxl model for 500.00 stock motor only has 70000 on it. Body is great... i am getting it painted, and kitted in a week. Anyways i read some threads on here just trying to clear it up.
So what exactly do i need to swap a 13bT motor in my Non turbo car?
Do the mounts and everything line up? Do i just have to have the Ecu and Wiring harness for the turbo motor? Other than that it will plug up and i wont have to change any dash wiring harness? If you guys can help me that would be great. I just want a Fast Turbo rx7. I just want to know if it is a easy swap to do or if i should just build a Non turbo motor and install a kit. i just think it would be easier to buy a turbo engine.

Aaron can you send me the thread for a 86-87 rx7 turbo motor swap in it. It already has the flive bolt rear end which is turbo correct? And i just need to know what i have to buy to make the car turbo. Because it is a 86 and i am assuming the guy put the rear end in there him self and the front so would i just need the Turbo motor that matches the turbo harness and the computer for it. Someone said something about a Knock box? What is that and how do i install it.
