I am assembling parts for my 7 and I have found a few hoods, but all seem to have some problems, dings or dents and I would still have to paint them, should I just go with carbon fiber and leave it naked? Its a 1986 N/A, I have all of the other parts, but I don't know what to do about the hood.

The one thing that I dont like about carbon fiber when left alone it yellows really fast in the sun. I have had good luck with putting more clear on them. but I still dont think it will make it past 2years.
