Hey guys i hear a noise sometimes when im throttling and turning hard. or sometimes when im taking off and WOT. its annoying and scares my passengers. i dont think its big of a deal but what do i do to prevent it. it sounds like cracking? or metal knocking?

anyone else have this problem?

 

It might not even be your tranny. Lower your boost and see if it goes away. Also if you are positive it's your tranny, change the fluid to redline.

 

oh im not Tii i have 86GXL with A TurboII Tranny in. i have a street port thats about it. im not sure its the tranny but the sound is coming from my right side hip when sittin in the car.

 

try looking at the mounts, the best place to start is by looking in the area for anything that looks abnormal.
