no tail lights: i need help
my 87 s4 has headlights, but no tail lights or lights, along with no cigaret lighter. but i checked all the fuses and they all arent blown, unless there is another fuse box somewhere...

Please read the FAQ for FC sticky thread found at the top of this, the 2nd gen technical section before posting.
If covers many of the commonly asked questions such as the one this thread was started with.
If you had searched or read the FAQ for FC sticky thread you would have found that if the fuse is not blown, than chances are you would have a burnt up headlight switch, or headlight switch harness.
