No spark on Trailing 1

No spark on Trailing 1

89 gtu, no recent modifications. Problem is specified in title. T2 and both Leading fire, but not t1... any suggestions?

How are you testing spark? If you are using a timing light, you may not be getting a reliable result.

Could be a bad coil or ignitor.

Holding the end of the wire to bare metal, cranking the engine. I swapped the T1 and T2 wires to see if that was it, still no spark on 1, but 2 looks healthy. So coil or ignitor huh? Any alternatives to the near $800 that mazdatrix wants?
