No power to trailing coil
Maybe a bad igniter. Use a testing meter and see if you get 12V (in series).
Or a bad plug wire? Try switching the wires if it does anything.
To check the coil, use a meter and see if it is less than 1ohm (disconnect the battery).

I tested the 2 prong connector that goes into the 2 prong of the leading coil. It doesn't give me 12v. It's giving me like 6.5v....
I don't know...my rear is still sparking though. The plug wires are good also, because I tested them to spec per the FSM, so they seem to be okay. I just don't understand what the hell would cause the leading not to fire if the power from the trailing and leading are the same....

The little two socket lead connector should have 12v on the black/yellow wire. The other wire has something like 5-6volts coming and going from th ECU when the engine is running to fire the coil. You really need to rid yourself of that test light and get a cheap digital meter from RadioShack.
