no power tofuel pump!

no power tofuel pump!

i just picked up an 87 turbo II and unfortunately i have an electrical short problem it first started wen i swapped a new battery it popped one of my fuses it popped a 15 amp and then i put a 30 for now cus it kept popping it so now its doing the same but no there is spark but no fuel no power is going to my pump!all fuses are good so im thinking a relay?

That's a stupid thing to do. If a fuse repeatedly blows there's obviously a problem that needs fixing, and a putting in bigger fuses to stop them blowing is a great way to start electrical fires.

The fuel pump only gets power if the engine is cranking or running, or if the fuel pump check connector is jumpered.

jumper fuel pump check connector (yellow plug on passanger side near shock tower), pull carpet up, check for voltage
