No power anywhere

Hey guys, was filling her up before work and got back in the car, put the key ignition in and turned to ACC, then attempted to turn her on and zap everything died. No power anywhere, dash, lights, etc. I had to tow her home. So today, started playing around and noticed that if I wiggle either the ground wire or the red power wire to the battery the power comes back on with key in ACC. As soon as I attempt to turn the key to start, power goes out again. I looked at my main fuse and it looks corroded. Could this be because of the corrosion on the main fuse? It's weird that power would come back on by just wiggling the battery wire slightly but would shut completely down once I attempt to start. I'm thinking its the main fuse.

Just to confirm, I have to remove both the nuts holding down the main fuse box to remove the main fuse correct?

clean and tighten your battery terminals.

your fuse is probably fine, a little surface fuzz won't necessary mean it's dead or even failing.

if you have aftermarket terminals the wires may be loose inside the clamp over the bare wires then.

Ah ****, your right. I'd tried tightening down the clamps over the bar and bam, she started up.

Thanks.
