No Ignition, No Start, No Clue

My problem has slowely gotten worse. I've posted two other times about this, but I never gotten any responses.

It started with my tach, it bounces crazy and pegs to 9k even when I am only doing about 4k, buzzer goes off, let off gas, tach drops to steady. Only under acceleration does it do this.

That turned into my car having trouble starting, it's not fuel or voltage, but the car just will not ignite. I turn the key and it just clicks, turbo timer starts to then countdown and I commence to turn turbo timer off. It usually would start after a couple of tries.
Starting last night it took over 15 minutes to start. And it did something strange. It would start to ignite, then stop. Like the motor would turn once over and then quit. Tonight I try and go to school, and it doesn't start. I'm out there for 25 minutes, nothing. It's like the neutral-safety switch is malfunctioning or something.

This problem is intermittent too, it doesn't do it all the time, just about 50%. And now, I can't get it to start. Please help, my DD had a blow-out the other night and now I have nothing to drive.

Start by fixing the grounds, especially the ECU ground on the top of the engine.

Then if that does not work, swap in a different CAS and carefully check the CAS wiring.

I do hear the click, starter solenoid sounds like a possibility, where is that? I have a microtech LT10s, would the ground for that be in a different place Aaron?

I looked under the car and saw the Oil level sensor unplugged, does that have anything to do with it?

What about the tach problem, does it sound related?

Thanks, if I have any I'll pm you.
I took a look at my Plug wires and noticed one of the boots is ripped and the plug(going into the coil/igniter) is loose and exposed, could that attribute to ignition break-up or malfunctioning tach?

By grounds I mean checking the main battery ground at the driver shock tower. While you are there make sure both your battery terminals are in good shape and not corroded.

The Microtech's ground could be anywhere depending on who installed it. Ideally it should go directly to the battery.

Thanks Aaron, my battery terminals are fresh and tight, I'll check all other grounds when I get back from class. Thanks to all who replied.
