welcome to the RX7Club forum !!!! first off, the search button to the upper right side of your screen is youe best friend. please use it first before going and posting questions that most likely have already been covered. secondly read the Sticky FAQ and the 2nd Generation Archives, you may just find the answers you are looking for.

as for your question, first you bought a used car. do a full tuneup, fluids, plugs, tolerances, timing, etc. this is fairly inexpensive it just takes you time.

as for performance mods. handling, polyurithane bushings, anti-sway bars, chassis stiffeners, and cages can all be researched through guess what... the search button. (not too firmiliar on the subject so i appologise for the sarchasm)

for power, there are limited things you can do to an N/A but you might want to look into NO2 or "NOS", exhaust is probably something to look into, if so look at modifying the 5th and 6th ports so they open at the appropriate rpm. (Achives i belive has a writup)

hope this helps a little,

hajimemashite, watashiwa Ryosuke des.
