No idea what happened. could be BAD

So I was getting on the highway last night and put it into third going about 45 and shifted into fourth under full boost at around 60ish....wait....wait.....and no blow off valve sound. Hmmm, maybe I am going crazy. I keep driving, then need to give it some gas and sluggishly I move along with NO boost. I look at the boost gauge and it is pinned at "0". I put it in neutral, and still.....stuck at zero. No vaccuum and no boost. The car runs fine, just no turbo spool. It feels like someone took my turbo out and replaced it with a straight pipe...any ideas what this could be?

Again, no boost, no vaccuum, and the car runs fine as she sits, just no boost.

HELP
