No heat, turbo swapped
Alright. so When i got my car, i knew it had no heat or ac. Theres almost no ducts left. My heater core is still in though. Luckily my blower motor came in a box of stuff with the car. The motors still good, i checked that. I'm just not sure What the problem is. No matter what i do on (no idea what i should call it) the control box? turning it hot to cold, or the fan all the way up, i can't hear anything happen. and it doesn't blow. Would this have anything to do with the fact that the car is originally an n/a. and now has a turbo 2 motor?
From what i've read, I believe the logicon is bad? although im not even sure what the logicon is. Is it the little black box that plugs into the back of the hot/cold lever control thing?
Oh! and is it completely neccesary to have the duct going from the blower motor to the heater core? Or would it be fine to just make my own out of sheet metal?

The logicon is the big black box that holds the AC/Heat controls. Make sure it's plugged in of course, and check to see that the harness isn't screwed up. I believe that portion of the chassis harness is the same NA and T2, I think...
Replacing the logicon can be a bitch because that 2nd small plug connects way up behind the dash, kind of underneath the idiot light cluster.
