It might be your logicon or the motor that blows the air that are either failling or have already failed. I do not know how to repair them though sorry.

I just had to do the exact same thing to my car. It was a pain in the ***! Like stated above it's either, your logicon, or air mix motor. IMO you should replace both of them just to be sure.

The air mix motor is located up in the dash, if you look up and to the right of the gas pedal, you will see it. It has a couple of little metal bars attatched to it. With some patience, and a stubby phillips head screwdriver you can get it out without removing the dash. There are three screws holding it on, and one clip on the metal bars to undo.

The logicon is also a bit of a pain, because the harness is attached to the very front of the dash underneith the front plate that covers the front of the dash. You have to unplug it, and feed it out from the front of the centre console (where your stereo is).

Hopefully that helps........ If you have anymore questions, just post them up, and I'll do my best not to complicate things!

HKS- Thanks for your input! I knew there was someone out there who had this problem.
If you dont mind me asking how much did these parts cost you?
I have a s5 and I am pretty sure the logicons are different than the s4.

Thanks again
Josh

I bought S5 ones for my S4 and they are fine. I got them both for about $40 US, I wouldn't pay much more than that.
