Cool No fuel to new rebuild

ok so i just got my new rebuild in and am ready to fire it up. I turn it over and all i hear is the good sound of great compression so i check my primarys by holding the rail and pointing the injectors up. i get some fuel out of #2 about once every 5 seconds. My plugs are all broken and look nasty so im thinking no big deal and go out spend $10 for a new harness come back and plug it up this time i get no fuel from any one. i can see on my old harness the injector plugs where red these are a brownish yellow and this new harness has a plug for a resistor relay that i did not have. is this relay my problem? what all effects the injectors opening ? and why are the harnesses different when both cars are s4 n/a?

Did you prime your fuel system? Check your FSM on the procedure.

if the connectors on the "new" harness attach to the injectors without any drilling, sawing, or dynamite, then it should be good, I THINK...hmmm, list of anti-injector things...
1)40A EGI INJ fuse (engine compt.)
2)main relay (should be good if you're getting spark/ tach movement)
3)harness ground at the top of the rear rotor housing (under the 12mm bolt)
4)engine-to-firewall ground (at the back)
5)ECU

oh, forgot, the injectors could be clogged up, too, especially if they've been sitting around for a while...

Thanks wayne
1)40A EGI INJ - its good
2)main relay - i get spark no gauges move but thats another problem
3)harness ground at the top of the rear rotor housing - got it bolted to the int housing where the egr would be on a 6 port
(4)engine-to-firewall ground - i have one from the bell housing to the firewall
5)ECU - ecu i got from 1revvin7 on nopistons and he says its good

How could i check to see if the injectors are clogged ?

would a bad afm have enough of a effect to not let any fuel through the injectors
