well ive finally traced my problems to fuel. this is the story. Yesterday i had no fuel, i tore her down and re soldered the primary fuel injector connectors. The car thnbe started and ran fairly well after it got warm. Well today on lunch i went to hte shop and tried to crank her. all she would do was turn over, wouldnt fire. I pulled a plug and there was no fuel on it, not normal after i have tried to crank it and it wouldnt fire. so i started checking electrical stuff. the main relay which should click whne i turn the key on did nothing. so i tried to attach a jumper wire to get the fuel pump to prime. nothing. so i disconnect the relay hook it up to 12 v click and i have continuity. i check the female connector for the relay with a volt meter, key on, 12 v. put the relay back in and turn the key nothing. i disconnect the connector, hook the jumper wire back up and the fuel pump starts pumping. does any one have any ideas about what could be happening? I cant figure out why if i have 12 v at the connector out of the circuit it opens and if i put it in the circuit it wont. help please.

 

On the fuse box near your left foot....have you checked the 7.5 amp fuse on the third row from the bottom, second fuse from the left as you look into the fuse box???? We're talking main relay, right????

 

nope the fuse is fine cant find anything.
