No clutch feel, and no brakes!

So my S4 NA has been sitting in my driveway for about a year now. It was about that time that the battery died, and I finally got a new one. Starts right up, but the clutch feels way too soft, and the brake pedal goes to the floor. I bled the clutch, and at least I can get the car into gear now, but it still feels way too soft. I also bled the brakes, but the pedal goes to the floor, and they will only stop the car if you are driving 1mph. I am wondering if the master or slave cylinder is bad? But I don't know how that happens with the car sitting. Has anyone had this or a similar problem? I am trying to get the car road worthy so I can sell it, so any help would be much apprieciated!

Sounds like the fluid leaked out, if it went bad just sitting. Or the seals dried up.

I would very carefully go over the entire breaking and clutching systems if I were you.
