If its in an NA, you aren;t going to break it. If its in a turbo, you will probably break it unless its stock. If you are careful you can get them to hold into the mid 200's and maybe more, but its a ticking time bomb.

The stock TII tranny can handle tons of power. There are people with close to 500 hp running many launches at the drag strip on slicks with no problems.
