newbie needs help with motor change
i have an 87 rx7 13b .it had no compression but got fuel and fire.so i swapped in a 13b that i took out of a running car six months ago.know the new motor has compression and fire but the injectors wont work .any suggestion would be great .fuse,s are good and there is fuel in the rail ,but the plugs stay dry.the intake and acceriories came of the motor that was getting fuel and fire.the only thing that was changed was engine block now i get 0 fuel out of the injectors thanks.

Make sure that you didn't mix up the fuel lines, or swap the primary injector plugs with the secondaries.
Or you could try swapping the injectors from your old motor into the new one.
What year is your car, and what year is the engine you are putting in? They changed injector impedence between 87 and 88. So, you would need an 87 harness to mate with 87 injectors and an 88 harness to mate with 88 injectors.

Do you have 12v on one of the wires on each injector plug?
Yes?
...Check the ECU pins 3C, 3E, 3F, 3H for 12v
...
...Good?
......Yes?
.........Check CAS.
.........Crank angle sensor resistance
.........Between terminals G1 and G2 110 to 210ohms
.........Between terminals Ne1 and Ne2 110 to 210 ohms
.........Clip up looking into clip. Top left Ne2 top right G2
.........Good?
............Yes?
...............Bad ECU
............No?
...............Replace CAS repeat to step one.
......No?
.........Check resistor pack and or wiring
.........Repeat to step 1
No?
...Check fuse EGI INJ
...Good?
......Yes?
.........Check the main relay.
.........Good?
............Yes?
...............Check plug X-16, wires BR and LR
...............
...............Address the wiring as needed till 12v exists powered from Main relay.
...............Repeat to step 1
............No?
...............Replace relay or fix, repeat to step 1.
......No?
.........Replace fuse, repeat to step 1
