Newbie clutch question

I am having problem with my clutch?
Im not sure if its the clutch or not,

however everything was normal, till my clutch broke into pieces and replaced em,
while at it, replaced the master, slave and the clutch.

and ever since then, the clutch pedal wont pop back up with a strong force anymore!

I have to have so much pressure on my left leg and gently wait for it to creep back up.
which makes the car rev hang?
and just lag.

I m really not that good with cars so I dont know where to start looking.

I tried, my friends tried bleeding the thing and its the same stuff.
maybe ill try it out again but, I need some answers that my Knowledge cant reach.

and if anyone is local and willing to help me out!
you can have anything in my garage!
and I got alot of goodies.

thanks guys

Bearing? Did you replace the throwout bearing and pilot bearing? You tube "how a clutxh works" you can learn a lot.

I'll bet the shaft the throwout bearing rides on didn't get greased.
