newb diff question

theres two plugs on my S5 T2 differential, which do i use to put oil in? i have some valvoline 80w-90 gear oil, will this work?

well i think you have a lsd so you'll want oil that will work with that, and the top plug is the fill the bottom is the drain.

i know its a lsd, im not that newbish, just never refilled the lube on a diff before.

youve been on the boards for a year, not a newb, give yaself mo respect . Yup, top is filler. DOnt make the mistake i did thinking on what the hell. I cant get the bolt off so ill drive it a block to get the thing torque srenched off without any fluid. A block later she was whinning and grinding, not pretty.
