newb to all

im new to this forum and new to fc's and i already have a prob. My car was running perfect and i removed the air pump and it started to bogg at about 4800 so i put the air pump back on and it ran fine for a few minutes then it started doing it again(with the pump on) so it boggs terrible above 4k can some one please help me this is all i have to drive

MY guess is that you did not re-hook all of your hoses. I dont think the air pump has anything to do with the 5/6th ports opening, but you might have forgot to hook those up again (the 5/6th ports open at about 3800RPM, so if you arent getting the extra air, that could explain your "bogging")

There is a metal hose that comes from the exhaust, with a rubber hose on it, that goes to the lower intake manifold. That is what takes care of those ports.
