New Terminals for Stock Electrical Connectors?

I am in the process of dissecting the Front-Main and Rear wiring harness in my '86 base. There are a bunch of circuits I am removing/changing/adding. There are also some corroded terminals I want to change.

Anyone know where to get terminals for the stock connectors?

These are some of the connectors I am working on:
FR-01, FR-02, FDR-02, FDR-03, FC-01, FC-02, ...

Thanks!

Eastern Beaver has some of the smaller stuff that can be found on the FC.

090 Connectors

The female terminals are the same used on various FC connectors. I never tried the male terminals in a stock connector - they were a little different and I ended up going in a slightly different direction on that project anyway.

Some of the OEM connectors use a bigger terminal than the .090. I never found a source for these, but I quit looking pretty quickly. It was for the same project and I ended up not needing them.

if you don't mind it not being 100% OEM i would just switch to painless wiring connectors.

you'll be bald by the time you find all the right connectors.

Actually, the connector width for the harness connectors are .110 width, and power mirror connectors are .090. Connectors for the radio, hvac, wipers and cruise control are .250.

If you go the weatherpac route, this is the most comprehensive kit:
460 Piece Weather Pack Kit DIYAutoTune.com

It includes everything but the crimp tool.

For crimping, get the Eclipse Lunar Series crimp frame:
Robot Check Robot Check

With that frame, you can use various crimp die sets. For weatherpac:
MSD Ignition 3509 : MSD Weatherpak Crimp Jaws - Fits MSD3505

For the factory style terminals, use a an AMP style crimp die set:

You can also get dies for insulated and uninsulated terminals.

Not to hi jack the thread, but has anyone put a engine connector at the fire wall so when you change the engine you don't have to rip up the interior. I'm guessing you'd need a pretty high density cannon plug.

People install bulkhead connectors all the time but I'm not sure why.
Pulling the stock harness is pretty simple and how often are you pulling the engine anyway?
I can see the value to a race car but not so much in a street vehicle.
