Question New T2 owner in need of help

I've had my n/a fc for a while and now i have a T2 that runs rough and is hard to start when hot.Seems to me to be flooding the motor. When i got it the o2 and bac were disconnected. The bac is good now, but not sure if o2 is in right spot.

The wiring is pretty shitty in this car, does the o2 wire come out of the same spot as the bac wires.Thats the only other black wire i can find. There are no clips any more. And another thing my bac has 14 ohms of resistance and its supposed to be between 10 and 12 is 14 bad.

I can't remember off the top of my head so you're better off trying to trace it back using the FSM here:

I can go take a picture of where MY 02 wire comes from but you'd have to wait a lil bit ( don't get off of work till 6)
