Hey. I got this 99-up mustang Gt spoiler off ebay for 39.95 buy it now just hoping that it might fit. Well turns out with a little massaging of the inside of the trunk lid, it does! And the color actually matches pretty decent as well. So here it is.

See if you can take a picture, standing up (not sitting) in the drivers or passengers seat looking down and back at it

if by following the trunk line you mean how the back of the rex is straight, and the spoiler is curved, than no, it doesn't even come close. But if you mean the line of the trunk like with the mounting pedestals, than yes, it's pretty close. Just a small gap on the back/inside corners.
