Wow Mr. Ted does look like he is sleeping. I really like the way you did the yellow car.
And hIGGI, are you going to be using the welded stock intercooler on your car? I really want to know how it works out. And lastly, you need more pics of your car.

Gee, WTF.
Yeah, I was looking for grounding problems, and I swear I had it traced back to the grounds. The pics are for the MAIN ground solder orgy that Haltech did - WTF man. the DMM showed 0.03ohms solid for probe-to-probe connection and grounds through that solder ground was hovering up to 0.05ohms - I swear this ground loop was the cause of all out headaches; it actually wasn't. I took the pic for reference - I'll be posting the whole story once I get hIGGI's car up and running well after this weekend. I redid all those grounds, cause they were pretty nasty. The two main ground wire pin-outs on the E11V1 harness was through the solder cludge; one wire was just spliced in and that wire only used like 1mm of pigtail to connect it! The shielded wire grounds that was literally STACKED in that solder cludge was carefully removed and desoldered and then resolder to their own dedicated pair of ground wires.
Our TPS problems was probably due to a bad TPS mount design. I think we licked it, cause initial testing showed the TPS works now. We're planning on getting hIGGI's car major tuning by this weekend, so I'll report back after to see if everything holds up.

I've been updating my Xanga if you're interested on the nitty gritty details on the Haltech tuning...
