New RX-7(new to me) with trans prob
I just bought a 87 non turbo.
It clunks like a metal on metal "ting" when shifting gears and generally the clutch slips, and vibes in all gears, but in 5th is gurgles and slips completely. I want this to be my daily driver, but I'm not afraid to modify it (not paint it brown with gold rims) but don't wan't to lose reliability. So, any suggestions for a new clutch, ie manufacturer, model. This is my first RX-7 and I wan't to use the forums experience to keep me out of trouble.
