new radiator
I just had to buy a new radiator since mine is cracking on the plastic...i am going to install it myself...is there anything i need to know about changing them? can someone give me a quick how to
... i am not a mechanic just a broke person trying to make it lol...

first you need to buy some coolant. as yours will all be drained out. you need about 4 liters (1 gallon??) as you mix it with half water. it takes about 8L.
I think you will need to take the fan off. there are 4 nuts holding it on. you can stick a screw driver between 2 of them to stop the fan from moving as you undo them. the fan slides off. next there are a few bolts holding the plastic shrud on. remove those. now remove the lower plastic tray under the car, now you can see the bottom of the rad. there is a drain screw there, be VERY carefull to undo it. it is plastic and will stripe easy. probably better just to pull the lower hose off. but put a drain pan underneith first! take the rad cap off the top, then eitiher pull the bottom hose or plug to drain out the coolant.
now there is a few more bolts holding the rad on. swap them, put the hoses back on. (maybe want to replace them too) and do the reverse.
