New Porsche Canvas Vert Top Installed

Just got the Car back last week with the new top installed. costed me $1500 when it was all said and done. took 6 days to do since Mazda made me wait for a $200 part that i paid overnight shipping on. but the final result, is that i am happy. and gonna stay dry this winter

damn you had the factory replace your top. Ouch

na the factory didn't replace my top, my friend did it. the part we needed that was rotted on my car was 1 of 5 in the country and took forever to ship from IN...

Looks good. How does it fit where it mounts to the car from the outside? Several canvas tops I've seen tend to wrinkle or bunch up in those ares.
Who supplied you top or was it custom made?

it is a custom made top for the car. everything is in tact and all wrinkles that were in the top are now gone...

they call it the hood horn, i believe thats what its called. it rests in the bottom of the top that bolts to the body itself. it was completely rotted on my car, but the body was perfect. my friend said usually the body rotts before the metal horn.
