New pics of my interior

S5 black interior conversion with 1fastt2 gauge panel, DAD seats.

Engine pics came after I put on my racing beat header, presilencer, apex'i N1. Also performed TB mod, painted manifolds, removed accessory rack, removed heater hose piping, replaced water pump, installed PR sleeves, loctited them open. Removed all emissions equipment, air pump, and actuators.

You can get them on ebay for around 400, they are good quality and most people like them, but, i'm sort of a fat ***, so unless you wear like a 36 they are not incredibly comfy. I wear a 38 size pant, and i'm "Snug".

Very nice! I just got my full black interior too. Can't wait to swap out the blue interior. For 1FastT2's gauge panel, did you have any fitment problems? I have an S5 center console surround too and would like to purchase the panel.

I made my own custom seat brackets out of the stock ones. the bolt holes are closer together , so i welded brackets on to the tabs that bolt onto the floor so i could bolt the bracket to the stock holes.

On the driverside I was able to bolt all four points. however on the passenger side because it bolts straight to the floor at one point, I couldn't get a bracket on there. So there are 3 bolts holding it in.

All i had to do was take the din cage off the stereo and slide that through the opening, it was a tight fit so it sort of bent the cage, but it provided a snug fit for the stereo, so I was really happy with it.

Thanks 1fastt2!

This went in this morning, so i don't have pics of it in the car yet.

looks good so far, I like the placement of the gauges in the din spot for the radio, been thinking of doing the same setup with mine but with the radio on top, did you put the gauges on the top due to a fit issue or just for the look? Also .... please tell me those aren't speakers mounted in your door grills ..... lol other than that it looks awsome

I put them there so i didn't have to look to far away to read the water temp, etc. Yes, those are speakers in the grilles because... cmon... are you REALLY gonna mount them under the dash?

They will be recieving custom mounts/rewiring when i get around to they dynamating etc. They sound AWESOME there, plus they have tweeters in the shape of rotors hehe.

okay well as long as you have some plans in the works for the speakers then cool lol, they do sound good there I agree, I actually have a set of 6 1/2 components -type r alpine, I luckly have the door panels that have speakers in them and I mounted the tweeters behind those grills on the doors, it a nice stealth look and they sound great
