New Motors

I was just thinkin...say a company has motor for $1,750. would this include everything or just the block. In other words does it come with turbo,intercooler or what?

usually its a rebuilt block...nothing more. try to get a JSPEC motor or a complete motor out of a junked TII and rebuild it.
