I just installed a HID kit on my car
H4 Dual hi/low beam. 6500K.
The hi/low function is rather interesting. It uses an electromagnetic slider to create a hi / low beam effect. Pretty cool.
The installation took 1.5h since I was taking my sweet time.
Here is a teaser pic. Camera ran out of batteries. I'll take some later on.

 

How much did the conversion cost you? Looks awesome BTW.

 

The high/low effect that you are talking about, is present in todays cars. I have it on my maxima. Rather curious on what kit comes with this???

I hate YOU! I couldn't afford the HID so I just got projectors housings with H4 bulbs

 

whoa those are awesome. do they still look like the stock lights?
