New guy

Hello everyone I am new here. I am about to get my 1st RX-7 I have ever had. I have never even rode in one before. It is an 86 GXL. I was just wondering for the future where would be a good place to start with mods, if I decide to do so, and also, how much can the 13B R2 engine handle, as in nitrous shot/ turbo, without being rebuilt.

SUSPENTION, the stock suspention is fine, for stock, and a few small mods. But I would always start with suspention so you dont overpower your stock suspention. sticky tires and a good alignment are a great place to start too.

13B R2 = 2 rotor? Your prolly putting out 150hp. the n/a has limited mods you can do to the engine directly without a rebuid. pretty much cold air intake, full exhaust, pineapple sleeve inserts. full tune up prolly need with complete fluid swap.

p.s. read the faq and search before posting.
