im eventually goin to get a 2nd gen rx7 either 89-91 na or turbo 2 (if i can get a good deal on one). i currently own a 98 gti vr6 and goin to sell that for a rx7. any of u NA guys ever race a gti, pretty close? only time i ever drove a 7 is my friends 87 na (no mods) i loved how smooth the car drove and shifted. u think im makin a good choice in swithing? how do 89-91 na with mods do at a track(usual mods intake/full exhaust/ upgraded ecu). i know any seven i get will probably have lots of miles so i would be doing lots of maintences first before performance. any help will be appreciated!!!

you'll want a TII...

na's are great and fun, but for fast......you're gonna want a TII
